What We Do
Fire Risk Assessments to Current Standards
We conduct Fire Risk Assessments aligned to PAS 79-1:2020 for both housing and non-domestic properties. Our assessments provide Type 1 to Type 4 coverage depending on risk profile and access requirements. We deliver prioritised action plans with clear ratings that support Article 9 duties under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Our reporting includes concise summaries with location-specific evidence and complete documentation. Our assessors are accredited to BAFE SP205 standards, ensuring competent and suitable assessment delivery.
Compartmentation and Fire Stopping Surveys
We survey walls, floors, ceilings, service risers, and penetrations to identify compartmentation defects. Our team conducts both non-intrusive and intrusive inspections where appropriate, producing schedules of defects with location-specific photographs and risk-ranked remedial guidance. Fire door inspections are conducted to current standards with findings recorded at individual door level. This approach provides contractor-ready scopes and supports quality assurance through to completion.
External Wall Appraisals and FRAEW Support
We appraise external wall systems in line with PAS 9980:2022 methodology. Our services include desk-based reviews, site inspections by competent specialists, and risk appraisal reports with mitigation options. Where lenders require EWS1 forms, we provide supporting evidence and documentation. Our reports are structured to meet regulator and lender requirements while providing clear risk information for decision-making.
