Architectural Design & BIM

We conduct terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) surveys to capture accurate site and building data. Our team works with clients to determine the level of detail (LoD) and level of information (LoI) required for BIM models at each project stage. Our modeling services produce BIM-ready Revit models or AutoCAD drawings aligned to project requirements. Outputs support design coordination, clash avoidance, setting-out, and rights-of-light assessments. For heritage and listed buildings, we provide non-intrusive capture with detailed modeling of significant fabric and elements. Our survey services extend to deformation monitoring, volumetric analysis, and repeat scan campaigns for settlement or movement tracking. Where projects require RICS accuracy standards or PAS 128 utilities coordination, we deliver to these specifications.

We coordinate fire safety design across all project stages, working with fire engineers and approved inspectors to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and Government Advice Notes. Our services include compartmentation reviews, external wall system assessments, and fire safety works design for remediation projects. We support Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW) through opening-up works coordination and develop employer’s requirements for contractor procurement. This coordination ensures fire safety considerations are integrated into design decisions and properly documented through to handover.

We provide Principal Designer services under the Building Safety Act 2022 for projects requiring higher risk building compliance. Our services include managing design safety risks from concept to completion and coordinating design teams to ensure building and fire safety regulations are met. We provide design advice on fire safety works for low- and high-rise buildings and oversee compliance with the latest government guidance and regulatory changes. Our approach ensures statutory duties are fulfilled and design safety information is properly documented and handed over.
